they try to charge you even once you move out, they apply for money in your name. the maintenance men walk in your home without knocking, they do not fix anything in your unit when you call. the apartment building i lived in caught on fire while my child and i was sleep and none of the smoke alarms went off i was woken by the smell of smoke and was trapped inside the building until after the fire was put out. i will not recommend anyone live under Dudley pro they have been sued by other tenants in the past as well. i lived under them for 2 years and had a lease for only one year. Horrible, I had a 3:00 appointment. With Daryl dudley. Darrell didn't show up. Gerald didn't call and cancel, hasn't contacted me to apologize, not one word from Mr Darryl dudley. Meanwhile I stood in the cold for 10 minutes waiting on an appointment that I made through y'all's office horribly unprofessional a sign of things to come which is why I will not be utilizing your rental office. I’ve rented an apartment with this company in 2016 to 2017 , everything seemed find my building was kept clean and it was quiet , but when it came to my property manger Timothy Dudley he was hard to get in contact with with . Luckily I didn’t need him for much and he helped out a lot when it came to certain problems ( when he answered his phone ) . When I moved out I had a balanced and I paid in full within weeks , fast forward to today in 2018 almost 2019 I have a collection angency calling me trying to collect a debt from Dudley’s pro reality LLC . This is bad business I’ve called Timothy several time to make sure this isn’t fraud or to see if he really sold my account to a collection angency ! This very stress I am in a situation where I need to move right away and now I am afraid I may have some issues renting because of this mistake. More...

Very unprofessional BLACK owned company. I used to live at 5000 A st SE the balcony's are falling apart, outside of the building looked terrible, manager was very loud and harassed residents at they're homes on a Daily basis. People crashing and stealing cars in front of the building. Mantaince constantly hitting on female residents and doing poor work. And it it VERY cold in the winters. Would never rent from these peoole again they contract thieves for maintenance men. They stole my $400 watch out my house along with my 460 ipad and the property manager looked at me like didnt care. I did file a report but the end of the day i no sympathy or payment for my loss. Others have also mentioned items stolen from them like my neighbors power drill. F*** the dudleys as they are stuck up and hire pirates for maintenance men. They had the nerve to ask me do i have home insurance. I dont but no body broke in my house. The dudleys literally give these these access to your home then after that be careful. Get home owner insurance please if you rent from them More...
