We specialize in Mexican and Italian, but if you have a hankering for something special, we'll do our best to accommodate your desires.

What’s your signature dish?
It's probably lasagna. I use my mom's recipe but instead I make my own sauce. The pernil (Puerto Rican roast pork) has also been a huge hit.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I first ask what their ideal menu would be, then try to work within their preferences to come up with a cohesive plan.
What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting people and making them smile with food.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always enjoyed making things from scratch and growing up with a grandmother that was a super baker inspired me and heighten my desire to create.
Why should our clients choose you?
I work extra hard to please my customers and make them happy. That's why I don't stick to our menu options. I'm always open to going off my menu to create the perfect menu for my clients.
Drop Off Service
Tends to be a much more affordable option. Your food will be delivered in aluminium steam pans with disposable chafing dishes if desired.
Personal Chef Services
I can come to your event and prepare the food on-site. White porcelain serving dishes and elegant chafing dishes can be included if desired, as well as dishes, utensils, glasses, etc.
