***event inquiry***I found Ben and his company on Facebook marketplace when looking for an alternate option for photobooth at my second daughters 1st birthday this upcoming July. The first vendor I used was not available. I reached out to him with Facebook messenger and despite of it being late in the evening, he responded quickly with options to fit my budget. I asked for either yelp or Facebook website to look at past events so I can do more research. He provided the Facebook link but since I'm an avid yelper, I couldn't help but check here too. This is where I saw the recent concern of a reviewer on no show on the day of event. I won't lie, this concerned me so I brought it up to him and asked what measures were taken to prevent future occurrence of this issue. His response: "we have more attendants now, myself included, and your event is very local, since we're based in Buena Park! If something were to happen, it wouldn't take too long for another attendant to be available. We've taken a big hit from that mistake and review and have learned a lot and improved our work ethics since then. " I was very satisfied with response and have decided to go with them for booking. The best booth experience we have had! A great team, super fun, so many props to choose from. This review is long overdue! Ben did my wedding back in September 2018 in Pasadena and did a phenomenal job. He was so accommodating and pleasant to work with since day one! I shopped around for quite a bit to find a photo booth in my budget. I went to bridal shows, looked on Groupon, looked on Craigslist, Yelp, etc. I called all of them to inquire and it was a lot of additional fees for not much. Ben was super flexible with my schedule and didn't charge me for a one hour break between cocktail hour and dinner. I appreciated that so much. He was on time and prompt at responding via email and phone. They include a design for your photos if you want it but I wanted to create my own. He had lots of fun photo props and my guests just had a blast. I thought the scrapbook was worth it and loved that he included unlimited prints and a flash drive with all the photos. We booked it for my daughter's debut on 1/5/19 because the price is very affordable. The owner communicated with my daughter everything before the event and he tried his best to accommodate all my daughter's requests.  The owner went to the event and he was  very professional and very courteous. He arrived early to set up and and even started taking shots before the time we agreed to start. He also stayed beyond the time limit! I booked this photobooth for my event. I liked their service and the guy was very friendly, when i requested an extra hour he didn't hesitate on saying yes, They really go beyond and above their service to make their clients happy, with custom made backdrops. I wasn't disappointed at all. I would definitely recommend this photobooth to ny coworkers, family and friends! No regrets or any issues with the service they provided me. And I sure complain a lot!! Ben was such a pleasure to work with! He truly provides exceptional customer service. He and his team worked with me to come up with great custom designs for my son's Harry Potter themed birthday party. From the digital design for the prints to the backdrop to the props, Ben worked hard on making sure it was the way we wanted it. Administratively, it couldn't have been easier. He has an online payment option that made it very convenient to handle payments. He was also very responsive every time I contacted him. During the day of the event, Ben set up quickly, was very cordial to all our guests, and cleaned up well. I would definitely hire Ben and his team again if I ever needed photobooth services. I luv it!!! My birthday party was a blast with Celebox! There was a massive selection of hats and masks! Benjamin provided us an exceptional customer service experience. The service was so prompt, well organized, and friendly. Celebox made my event so memorable. My friends were able to do so many different poses and were laughing throughout the whole time....They kept on wanting to go back and take more pics! Even my dad wanted to join! I don't write reviews often, but I was so impressed with Celebrex photo booth. Our photos turned out amazing, and I loved the personalized aspect of their photo booth service. We were able to work together to pick out the template design based on the theme of our party which was 90s. I was able to pick out of a handful of curtain or sequin backdrop options, but the best part was the props they brought. They worked around my theme of 90s and it made it so easy on me! I just moved to Los Angeles from San Diego and was looking around for a photo booth for my house warming! I called a few other places and they all charged extra for over 150 prints! I found CeleBox through Facebook and contacted Ben. He was so professional, knowledgeable & nice! He showed up early to set up and I requested goofy props. Celebox was AMAZING! Ben was awesome, he is very professional to work with in regards to planning, setting up and use of the photo booth. We had him at our wedding and would definitely book him for future events. Celebox by far has the best prices around photo booth packages. Ben brought so many fun props and was able to retake images and print them out immediately after they were taken. Everyone was having a great time using the photo booth and props. Ben gave us a USB thumb drive afterwords with all the pictures loaded on them and also emailed me online gallery the following day. Booked this photo booth for my sons birthday this past weekend. Right from the very start the process was so easy. The helped me put together a custom design template for the frame and basically did everything from a-z. They came on time with a friendly staff and everyone at the backdrop set up looked very professional. All the guest enjoyed it very much and thought it was a much better idea that a ballon or face painting artist that people typically get for their kids parties. This was cheaper and it gave everyone the opportunity to have fun( adults and kids.) Will definitely book again for our next parties. Celebox Photo Booth is amazing! Our event was Wonder Woman/super hero themed, and Ben made sure that we had a backdrop and props that fit the theme and he made sure that the photo strip design was exactly how we wanted it. Not only was he easy to work with, but the photo quality was exceptional. Guests were given photo prints AND I was sent all the digital copies.
