Simply the best! We used Catering Made Simple for a all white full service party with about 80 guests. The staff was phenomenal, they came on time and ready to work. The guests are the party are still raving about how great the food was, the dishes came out hot and well plated. We worked with Greg to organize everything, the entire process was a breeze. We had a delicious buffet of hamburgers, brats, beef brisket with some sides & dessert tray. The food was set up in our kitchen in no time at all. It was kept warm & moist during the entire serving time. Our guests of 40 loved the spread. Several asked for Greg's cards. Greg made sure everything was perfect. Greg was excellent at communicating with me about the details of our event and very flexible with his menu to meet our requests. He had the buffet set up and ready to go, and I received comments from my participants that they really liked the food. I just got married about two days ago and Greg the owner was an absolute blessing! He worked with our budget and helped us accomplish an amazing wedding menu! We live in California and were coming in to Elgin to spend Christmas eve with family. We wanted to do something special for our dinner without the normal fuss. I saw reviews on Yelp of Catering Made Simple and decided to give them a call. Greg was very helpful and we mutually decided to have an International Christmas for 25 people, including a Taco and Gyros Bar, along with food from other countries!
