Chef Ray in 2015 decided to create Ambrosia Catering Company. Ambrosia caters everything from small intimate events to large weddings. The food ranges from southern comfort food to the finest of culinary dining delights. Ambrosia is a forward-thinking mission that is respectable of the environment, by using whole foods, practicing sustainability, and using local produce in our recipes and baked goods.

Gluten free cake is hard to come by, but even more than that is delicious gluten free cake! Chef Ray did a tasting for our gluten free wedding cake this past week. I planned my sister in laws wedding and used them to cater the event. They were amazing throughout the entire process and so helpful. They provided everything we asked for and more. When we needed a wedding cake they were also able to provide it. Everyone loved the food and cake and kept coming back for more. They are the friendliest, most helpful and caring staff and company. Chef Ray, Tracy, Chef Kip, Kaliope, and Chloe were such a joy and pleasure! Chef Ray was so responsive and helped me decide on a delicious menu for my parents' anniversary party. Tracy was in constant contact with me, leading up to the event, to ensure all of the rental supplies and logistics were completely covered. The food and presentation was just amazing.
