Imagine rolling up here from the train station, in a wheelchair. The only thing that prompted the thought, and kept me going the last couple blocks were the reviews, so I figured it was the least I could do to leave one for you as you make your decision. First, there's no elevator and no ramp, but Ivan came downstairs to get my Macbook Retina from me. It was a straight parking lot handoff, with a hasty receipt. And you might imagine the potential anxiety factor involved here. It never became an issue, the work was promptly quoted, I was allowed to bring my own parts (in the end, did not and paid parts upfront), and the work was promptly finished for a very reasonable and transparent fee (100 % where I'd expected it to fall if I got someone to fix it well and fix it cheap). It's been a few days and as far as I can tell, and I'd be able to tell, that work was done correctly, with the proper parts. If you're looking for a "computer guy" you can trust, this place will fit the bill. More...

I was wanting to increase my Macbook’s RAM, so we sat down and discussed options. After deciding on what size RAM to purchase, he placed an order for me and told me it would be here in a few days. 2 days later he calls me informing me he received the chip in the mail. We had originally planned to install it at his shop, which he would have done for a very reasonable price. I decided to give it a shot myself instead.
