My boss needed me to hunt down a big red bow for a customer's car and he needed it within a few hours. Â It was to be put on top of a vehicle that a customer was buying as a gift. Â No problem, I told him. Â YIKES!!I found Blooming Affairs on Yelp and called them up. Â They referred me to Charmaine's because it was too short of notice for them. Â So I called Charmaine's and talked to Brittany. Â I told Brittany my predicament and she said "No problem. Â We're on it. Â That will be $25.00 when you or whoever comes to pick it up." Â Just like that!! Â All within a minute or two! Â She acted as if this sort of thing happens every day!Our porter just came back with the bow, and it looks great! I have been in the business for over years and before I opened my own shop I saw a lot of things I wanted to change. Some companies were rude, not ontime to deliveries, didn't treat their designers well and so much more. So I created Webster Floral Co. (Formally JMD Floral) to build a floral company to my high standards for my team and my clients.
I create unique designs to fit your style and budget. I am honest on what you will really need to make an impact for your event and what is just nice to have if your budget is smaller. I also give my clients a free sample arrangement after they book with me (with their deposit) so they know what they will be seeing on the day of their wedding. My overall goal is to make sure my clients are excited and happy to see their flowers on the day of their event.
Unfortunately my services are only in person at this time. I currently don't offer any online classes or services at this time.
We always make sure our supplies are limited to just our team and we always wear masks during deliveries.
