Everyone at Oliveaire has it together. It was a great feeling knowing when I called that there was communication in the office. No matter whom I talked to they knew my situation and what was going on. Sital was the sweetest and was so great and prompt with communication. Zeena at Oliveaire worked on my wedding reception and since day one she was fantastic!
I live out of state and planning this event was very stressful. Zeena always made me feel better and assured me everything would turn out great even with the problems and drama that had nothing to do with Oliveaire. Zeena was seriously my angel. I can't tell you how many times I felt like canceling the event because of the drama and stress. Zeena is someone you can trust! She had saved me from so many possibly disasters. She even brought to my attention things that the hall or other vendors didn't tell me.
As for the décor - Zeena brought my dream to life even though I didn't exactly know what it was I wanted. Its like she is a mind reader! Several months after the reception I still have compliments on the décor and design. I must add that Zeena was also very understanding and respectful of my budget. I never felt pushed into doing something I didn't want to do.
A couple months before the reception I realized I really needed a day of planner. I expected family to help but there was more stress than help. I was told and expected the hall I was having my reception to do things a day of planner would do. I quickly realized this was not the case and they were not reliable at all. I also realized that if I didn't have a planner on board that there was no way I would be able to relax and enjoy my reception.
Zeena referred Margi as my planner. I can't thank Zeena enough for giving me a second angel! Margi was amazing and I felt so much burden and stress lifted off of me. Margi took charge the day off and the planning team exceeded my expectation! Even my husband noticed things the day of and told me afterwards "if it wasn't for Margi" this and that wouldn't have happened. Thank you Margi!
