We're a mobile music school located in metro Atlanta, GA serving families online and in-home with fun and fulfilling music lessons for all ages and experience levels.
We teach each student differently. We try and teach to what you're interested in and in what ways you want to get better or which direction you want to go in music. Let There Be Rock School is a music lesson facility and rock and roll community center. Students from age 5 to adult learn to play guitar, bass, drums, keys, ukulele and vocals while interacting with their peers. All students interested have the opportunity to join a band learning classic, current and writing original songs to perform in live music settings.
I customize my curriculum to each student. I am very good at motivating my students to practice by giving them music to learn that they want to learn. I am a very fun, energetic and passionate teacher. I am a graduate of Indiana University School of Music, with a degree in voice. I have been playing piano since the age of 5. After graduating, I studied jazz piano for 12 years with jazz great, Ted Howe.
I have been teaching private voice students in Miami, Houston, Charlotte, and Savannah for more than 30 years. I served as principal of Savannah Arts Academy of Visual and Performing Arts for 11 years. Former executive and artistic director of Coastal Youth Choirs/Savannah Children’s Choir, Inc. Currently Head of Upper School at Dr. Andrew’s School in Savannah, GA. Offering group master classes and private voice to serious students of musical theater.
