My daughter has been learning violine with Eric since the pandemic started. It was online class so I wasn't sure if she could pick up the skills as well as in-person classes. I love it when students are able to achieve their singing (and songwriting) goals and the joy it brings them to share that with others. I started my career as an independent singer/songwriter. I sold over 100,000 records myself at over 150 shows a year. I learned early on that though running your own business may come with a lot of extra responsibility, it also offers reliability. You are never really your own boss. Ultimately the client (student) is your boss. At the same time, its' your show - you create the work environment that you are most joyful in.

Yes, I have been teaching online for twelve years (since I moved from NYC to CA). We can work on Zoom, FaceTime or GoogleMeet.
We can work on online. For in-person students, I am vaccinated and boosted and will share my vaccination card. I have hospital grade filters in the studio and I keep us 12 feet apart. I am also comfortable wearing a mask during lessons, if you prefer (you can wear a mask, if you want to, but I do not require it.)
