We had an amazingly positive experience - Jeannine was very flexible from the beginning and was happy to reschedule our session to Sunday from Saturday when there were forecasted showers despite it being Mother’s Day! We had a fussy baby for part of it but Jeannine was patient, and rather than taking a break when he needed some time, she took some head shots of my husband to make sure we were using our time to its full potential. Our photos came back to us 5 days before expected and there were hundreds of shots, many beautiful edits and lots of raw images to choose from. We found out, with very little notice, that our daughter and her family was moving out of state on a transfer. My daughter in law suggested a last ditch effort to get a family portrait done. She found Anna for us. As I live in southern Utah, we only had one weekend with which to get to Salt Lake and get the pictures taken before the move, and of course, rain was scheduled on both days. Knowing how important this session was for us, she was even more determined to make it work. She was/is an AMAZING person and photographer. She had to work fast due to the rain, cold and lighting, but she was very creative and quick thinking on the fly. I absolutely adored her energy and the little things such as being prepared, as she had anything she needed for any situation you could think of in that carry bag of hers. She even made great effort to learn all our names; nine in all! I couldn't be more satisfied and happy with the end result of the pictures. I am not very photogenic, and even I look great in them. If you want a sweet, kind, conscientious, creative and energetic photographer, I highly recommend Anna for all your future photo sessions. My only regret is I wish she lived here so I could refer her to everyone I know!
