After completing his degrees in Photography and Microbiology at S.I.U., Thom returned to Chicago, worked in Advertising and raced Sailboats on the Great Lakes. Eventually moving to Seattle establishing himself there, while still shooting Nationally. Work and family took him to the S.F. Bay area, now returning to the Chicagoland Area. One of the early adopters of Digital Photography, Thom was contracted to open a Digital "in house" Photo Department for a Major Publisher in the mid 90's.

Because of Thom’s flexibility and creativity, I have pictures from my wedding that I'm going to cherish for years to come. We had such a great time, he was professional and so casual, everything was easy and stress free. He was amazing!!
