I normally hate having my pictures taken ... but I desperately needed new business headshots so I had no choice. Rosemary completely changed my experience. She not only went over all my outfits before the session, so I was well prepared, but she calmed me and coached me throughout the entire session. She captured flattering angles and relaxed expressions from me. She boosted my confidence and I felt incredibly confident throughout the session. I was blown away when I saw the finished results. The final professional headshots she created are the absolute best I've ever had taken !! Now that I have found her, I will certainly work with her for years to come ...

Karl’s response to my family photo shoot started with professionalism from the very beginning. He replied with a phone message, so I was able to hear his voice and he explained thoroughly his understanding of my request and confidently agreed to complete it with pleasure. He was extremely responsive to subsequent follow up communications and was very flexible with any changes we had. I ended up changing the day and location and Karl was again very kind and understanding. On the day of the shoot, he communicated clearly his location and time of arrival and made me feel at ease. During the photo shoot he picked a perfect location based on the sunlight and showed us how the pictures were turning out. He had great ideas for poses for my teenage kids, and made them laugh and smile, which I thought would be impossible to achieve! Overall, he made everyone feel like we were in good hands and that made the experience even more memorable. I would definitely consider Karl for future portrait, family or event photography because of his professional manner and trustworthy persona. Thanks Karl for capturing our family so well!
