1. We are professional and we love what we do. We are not the kid down the street.
We are trained and we know the responsibility, liability, and risk that taking care of people's homes and pets comes with. We could write a book about our adventures with that in our 12 years of business, haha. That is why every step in our onboarding, staff training, and day-to-day operations emphasizes safety.
2. We are insured and bonded. We have a liability policy for damages to property and pets and our staff is insured under workmen's compensation in case of any injuries at the job. Our clients do not have to worry about their own homeowner's insurance being on the hook because someone slipped on ice while walking their dog down the steps.
3. We work as a team. This gives our customers more availability for services on the calendar and flexibility on their needs, as well as and most importantly backup care for emergencies (sickness, car problems, etc)
We are aware that a team-based pet care service is not ideal for every household and that is okay. Our team model has proven successful for our clients. Every team member goes through a 12-step hiring process, is background checked, and undergoes training before their first assignment alone.
