I signed my 18 month old beagle/dachshund mix, Daisy, up for the 2 week Board & Train program. Before training with Tonya, Daisy didn't listen to commands and was aggressive to strangers. Daisy is like a totally new dog after training. Tonya worked with my whole family to make sure we all understood how the training would continue at home. Now, we are able to take Daisy in public, around people, and she is completely obedient. My husband was a major skeptic of training, but he is a believer now. It was worth every penny!

Initially we had no idea if we needed board & train or in home sessions to train our 8 month old schnauzer; my wife made several calls to several trainers which all seem to pressure board & train option. We weren't sure that this was the best for our Rocky so she pressed on and found Fred at DoggieQ's. Rocky is somewhat of a loose cannon, free spirit so we weren't really sure if anyone could break him. After my wife spoke to Fred at DoggieQ's she decided to have him come over for eval which eventually led to 4 trainings. As ex-military, Fred is a super disciplined pro but always really calm with the dog; no matter what he stays composed which is helpful for both dog and owners. We can genuinely say after 4 visits, our dog has improved in many areas; specifically...come, leave it (huge!), walking, 'place', stay before entering/exiting door, and just general change in demeanor due to the disciple and training. We are very thankful to have met Fred at DoggieQ's as much of the training is what we learn and continue long after the trainer has left; thanks Fred!!!
