How many years you been in business?
We’ve been in business since 2018. Before that, we had at least 10 yrs. of experiences working from other companies, then decided afterwards to have our own. After a long journey, my husband and i decided it was time to start our own cleaning business and so far our clients have been very happy with our work and services. Our focus is on delivering a cleaning experience that you’ve never had before. Once you give us a call, text or email, Cleans that Gleam will take care of the rest.
Do you require contracts?
No. While most cleaning companies require a contract, we’re not like the rest. We guarantee your satisfaction, meaning we’ll come back and make things right if they weren’t done right the first time. We rely on building a relationship with you, as well as providing the best cleaning experience you’ve encountered to earn your trust.
What is your typical process when working with a new customer?
We always like to start with a deep clean for the first time, specially if the house has not been professionally serviced in the past. After the first cleaning, we always recommend to get it professionally cleaned atleast once a week, once a month or every two weeks, specially if they have pets. We also give out discounts for recurring clients to help their home stay clean.
Who provides the tools, equipment and cleaning supplies?
Cleans that Gleam brings all the necessary equipment and supplies to clean your home or business. Our mission is to make it as easy as possible for you to “clean” your home. All it takes is one phone call, text or email us, and we take care of the rest.
How do I reschedule a cleaning with Cleans that Gleam?
It’s simple. Call, text or email us 24 hrs. before the day of your cleaning schedule to assist you in rescheduling your clean. Keep in mind, we incur $35 fee for cancellation after 24 hrs. or on the day of your cleaning schedule. There also may be times when weather makes it unsafe for us to travel and carry equipment and supplies to your home. Driveways and sidewalks must be cleared and accessible. Holidays may also necessitate a schedule change. Your understanding and cooperation in rescheduling is greatly appreciated.
Will my house be inspected every clean?
Definitely. We aim to please and provide high quality service, so we always double check each rooms we clean, making sure everything is spotless.
I have an alarm system. What do I do on days my house is cleaned?
If your home has a security system, please provide us with the code and steps necessary for us to turn off the alarm. We will reset the alarm when we leave. Alternatively, you may want to disable it on the day of your scheduled clean.
How do I cancel a cleaning?
It’s simple. Call, text or email us to assist you in cancelling or rescheduling your cleaning. In the event that you cancel a clean on the day of your cleaning schedule, you will be charged a cancellation $35 fee.
What if I’m not satisfied with the service?
If you’re ever unhappy with any area we’ve cleaned, we’ll return the next business day and re-clean it since we do not offer refunds. If we didn’t hear anything from you within 24 hrs. after cleaning your house or office, that’s automatically means you accepted the way it is.
When do I pay for my cleaning service?
At the time of your cleaning schedule, and on the day of walk through estimate. We require a $35 deposit fee, and it goes towards your total bill. You can pay the deposit through phone using your debit/credit card to secure your spot, and or by text and email, then you will receive your receipt same day. You will only be charged on your debit/credit card on the day at the time of the cleaning service with your authorization.
