What’s your signature dish?
That's a very loaded question for Chef Frederick. A pole was taken and there was so many items neck and neck. My Peach Cobbler, Red Velvet Cake, Collard Greens, Mac & Cheese, Seafood, and more have been amongst fan favorites.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I first gather all the details on the occasion at hand and if there's a theme to it. Secondly I find out the client's budget and suggest things accordingly. Lastly we make sure to cover any food allergies or religious practices to accommodate our clients.
What do you love most about your job?
I love to see and hear about how much my clients and customers enjoy how we do things. It inspires me to know my passion in creating food full of flavor and that tells a story is all worth the while. I've loved cooking since a very early age.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working in Corporate America was okay but it wasn't until I decided to grow my business in one of the things I love to do and do well that I started enjoying my career and not merely working a job. My grandmother was an amazing cook who first showed me the basics and more to cooking. I smile each time I cook something she inspired me to cook.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a people's person. I'm not in business to simply get rich but to 1st connect with the client. People need to know they can not only trust you to cook for them but to give them the very best experience in it as well. I treat each customer how I would want to be treated if it was my occasion.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We continue to wear mask, gloves, etc not only to serve food but in preparation as well. Our kitchen spaces are sterilized daily to minimize any form of contamination.
Meal Prep
We provide weekly and biweekly meal prep plans for our clients. Whether looking for a healthier diet or for the person who's on the go, our meals are delicious, made fresh, freezer friendly, and easy to heat and eat.
Event Catering
We have full service catering available for small affairs as well as large corporate events. We also have bartenders, waitstaff, decor, etc no matter the need. Our menu is fully diverse with over 7 styles of cuisine to offer.
Event Hosting
We not only cater but we also host events as well. If you need musical entertainment we offer professional singers and entertainers including our very own Chef Frederick and his assistant Kenny Pitt both powerhouse vocalists. MC /Host services are also available as well.
Personal Chef
Looking to have an intimate dinner or family meal? Chef Frederick is the guy for the job. We have several repeat clients who request private service for special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries.
