As of this moment it would be our mini mushroom & goat cheese tart.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We try to be as receptive to their particular taste while still pushing the palette to new flavors combinations.
What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy all of it, the new kitchen spaces, the people and their memories made during their life events, travelling and using new ingredients, even navigating the difficulties.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My personal connection with cooking and food, in union with meeting new people and helping them to enjoy meals and make memories.
