Captain Mikes was founded in June of 2022.
We provide Full service Buffet style dining, or drop off service and partial buffet service as long as there is a operational kitchen on site. We are Volunteer first responder owned and operated and serve the surrounding Philadelphia areas.

Carmen did my wedding a few months ago and he was fantastic! He was able to accommodate our larger party of 100 guest and made the whole entire process and day fantastic. The day of our outside wedding of course it rained and Carmen was one of the first people I had seen outside of the wedding party that morning, he was so helpful in making sure I knew that he would do what he needed to get the food taken care of! The personalized menu was great, so people knew what food was coming out for the event. The food itself was incredible! What’s your signature dish?
Twice cooked wings.
Floured and seasoned baked then fried.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
The taste would have to be right. I grew up in a house that food was ALWAYS home made. Resulting in holding food to a different quality then others.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A few things. My mother who passed and a fire house buddy who had passed and had the same passion of cooking that I do.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I can prep the food and then deliver as well as cook on location if need be. If food is not at the correct temp I will ask if I could use the oven.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I’ll wear a mask around them as well as practicing proper hygiene.
