Oh Haigs, Â you will be missed. But on to the next, Â new shiny thing. Walking to sushi for a late night bite, we were completely stunned to see that Haigs' paper-covered windows now had shiny lights (a la vintage movie theater)! Tonight was the soft opening of Richmond Republic, Â brought to you by the folks at Chomp n Swig. A huge bar top lines the entire right side of the venue, featuring 23 different types of craft local brews. The left side lined with tables. Wine also offered. Apparently they will be a bar and grill once they officially open. They're set up with large TVs throughout, Â for maximum sports enjoyment. Overall, Â a very pleasant surprise and welcome new addition to the hood. Sushi can wait.

We work extremely hard to understand the client and their specific needs. We obsess over our customer experience and we put a lot of effort and work into our meals. One example is an event that we catered who was selling a product and their branding was gold. We surprised the client by topping many of the dishes with gold flakes and everyone at the event was blown away. Another was a Halloween party and we surprised the client by making the food look like characters in a haunted house. Making the bbq chicken wings look like bats and the grilled hot dogs look like mummies!

We re-designed all of our menus to offer both buffet style meals and individually packaged meals. The individually packaged meals are paired with individually packaged utensils and sealed with labels on each item to protect clients from contamination.
