Wooow what an amazing experience we had with Arkadi and Elinor!Let's start that they are such a great human being, friendly understanding clients need and simply fun to work with. We celebrate our son birthday and they definitely made the difference, it was really hard to find a place that will achieve our need, we keeping kosher .Arkadi and Elinor did above and beyond to satisfied us and our guests!They came 10 minutes before we scheduled and they really know how to provide Coustomer service.We got a lot of compliments from our guests on the food it was fabulous and very generous!Highly recommended and we will definitely use them again if needed! I hired Olive cater to cater my parents 50th anniversary (100 guests). They went above and beyond and exceeded all my expectations. The food was out of this world. Everyone raved about it. Arkadi the chef is so talented and his passion comes through in the beautiful presentaion. There were plenty of choices for my vegetarian Mom, whose a very picky eater. Im happy we chose the lamb chops because those were the best I'v ever had. Everyone loved the interactive dessert table and watching the chefs assembling it. We hired Olive Cater for our end of summer office event that was hosted in a backyard for about 20 people. Elinor and I chatted on the phone two weeks prior to the event to get a feel for what we needed and what we were looking for, then worked within our budget to create a really diverse and delicious menu. We were able to lock everything down within a few days and she responded quickly to any questions I had. The food was so fresh and perfect for the hot evening. There was a great balance between vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes and gluten free options as well. When setting up the buffet table, the presentation was absolutely photo worthy and once the food had been set up, some of us actually prevented people from filling their plates so we could get a capture of the spread! Over the course of the evening, dishes that were low were replenished quickly and the timing between dinner and dessert was very well thought out. At the end of the night, Elinor even made us some fresh mint tea to enjoy post dessert.Elinor, Arkadi and Ben felt like family and really just helped to create a delicious, relaxed and comfortable atmosphere to spend an evening. Olive cater catered our wedding this past Saturday night. We chose a Moroccan feast food. Words can not described the tasty , incredible amazing food Arkadi and Elinor team prepared for us. As soon as I have pictures I will post it. The appetizers, lamb and beef kobabbs on a cinnamon stick were a hit. The mushrooms burekas were phenomenal with roasted vegetables. The feast itself, the dinner had lamb tagine, Salmon chrime and chicken with olives. Array of tantalizing salads and couscous. Truthfully, our guests were beside themselves. Wow what an amazing event we had with Olive Catering! I am so happy I chose them. After lots of research for the best food for my husband's 37th birthday party, I found them and was so grateful! First the communication with them was fabulous, they listened and were very patient with all my needs and restrictions. Then the food was just to die for! We hired Olive Catering for our small wedding reception (20 guests). The entire process and final outcome was a very positive experience for us and we would highly recommend them.
They provided timely responses to our emails and we also had several phone calls and in-person meetings to discuss our vision for the reception. Elinor and Arkadi came up with a great menu after we put somewhat challenging requirements on them since we had a small budget, wanted to have a nice variety of dishes, have vegan food options for some of our guests, and also restricted the use of some ingredients due to food allergies. Their staff also did a great job setting up decorations based on our instructions (for a reasonable fee).
Everyone had a great time at our event and had plenty to eat. The food was presented nicely was all very delicious. We would hire them again the next we have another event.

What’s your signature dish?
Serving modern Mediterranean cuisine, we relay heavily on vegetables, olive oil, fresh herbs and healthy meats. Our dishes are colorful and made for sharing, creating an intimate eating experience.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We take the following steps to create the perfect menu for our clients:
1. We listen to the client’s culinary vision and needs and then ask questions like: the occasion, the theme, guest composition, location, time of day, dietary restrictions, and the many other variables that can impact the success of an event are also considered.
2. Our chef builds a menu and, in a weekly meeting, our team reviews the menu and suggests improvements or modifications.
3. We present our clients with the menu and take into consideration any feedback or concerns they may have.
4. A final menu is sent to our clients.
What do you love most about your job?
We love everything! We get to use our imagination when crafting a menu, flow into almost a meditative state when we cook, and, most of all, we enjoy seeing the pleasure our clients and their guests express when they are eating the food.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When you possess a commitment to excellence and take great joy in cooking and hosting, it makes sense to start your own business doing what you love in a manner that can achieve our high standards for excellence..
