What’s your signature dish?
I love making spaghetti pasta with sauce and loaves of garlic bread , I can even make homemade bread. I usually make a healthy version of this dish with less fat , and unique ingredients to make a savory meal with an delicious green salad.

Clients should choose me based on my flavor profile, and freshness of ingredients. I have more of a country style of cooking that is not too formal but I also have the expertise to create the ultimate fine dining experience. I’m really ambitious and like cooking all types of cuisines for my clients.
