Was referred out to the Garland location last year when my normal Rockwall groomer was double booked.
They shaved my 6 month old Samoyed to the skin without contacting me or my wife about it.
You can ruin a double coated dogs entire coat by doing this. When we questioned the groomer about it she acted like it wasn't a big deal, tipped herself when she swiped the card $60 and was smug.
We went back to booking with Rockwall.
Today we got texted by this location trying to block my appointment with the Groomers in Rockwall who we have grown to trust.
Rather than allow me to keep my groomer, if I dont use their Zoomin Groomin franchise they won't allow me to get my dogs groomed by the people I would prefer to use.
Awful people. Awful attitudes.

These people have ZERO dog grooming skills/experience. Let alone MOBILE dog grooming. Go to the website - the first thing they mention is how much $$$$$$ you can make off of poor people who just want to take care of their dogs. How is this legal? $100....Groomer did not listen to instructions. We asked for no shaving, puppy cut or down to leather. I said "papillon dogs are hard to cut & it will be uneven. We are ok with that. Just a trim, leave the main, the tips & shave the butt area". The dog is ALL shaved down to a puppy cut & some parts to the leather / skin. 🐶. When I spoke with the company I was told the groomer had 17 years of grooming experience. Let me update 3 days later. The dog won't stop scooting her behind on the carpet. She never did this before, so guessing her anal glands are sore from harsh hands. Yep. Update 1 month later. Due to how short dogs hair is she is covered in hot spots covered!!!!. I saw an FB advertisement and decided to give them a try. I only scheduled one dog because I was not familiar with their service. They convinced me to schedule all four dogs and so I did. I made it clear that I had a time schedule. They were supposed to arrive at 11 AM. they didn't show up until 12:15 with no communication that they were running late until I reached out. The groomer arrives and cuts the 1st dog, 2nd dog she said she wouldn't cut her feet ... my wife stepped in to assist and she finished the cut. Started the 3rd dog she mentioned needing to get to the next appointment. Partially cut her hair then states shes not comfortable cutting her hair and the original person that was supposed to come would finish the job. My 4th dog was left undone. She then proceeded to leave and send me an invoice for all 4 dogs with extra fees that were not discussed. Never AGAIN!!! More...

I typically groom my dog but had an injury that prevented me from being able to do so. I have a Rough Collie with a double coat, which takes a great deal of work to deshed/groom and I am quite picky😉. My dog is also a rescue dog and can be quite nervous around new people, so I was a little nervous myself about having anyone else groom him. Shelby did a great job with Sunny! I also appreciated the Grooming report that was sent after his appointment. Zoomin Groomin kept excellent communication from start to finish, which I appreciated also.
