I hired Zip-to-Zip to move some items from West Grove, PA to West Chester, PA, and many items to a small town in Maine, west of Augusta. They met me at 8 AM, as promised, they packed extremely efficiently, and took great care in making sure everything was cushioned/protected. They brought the two large items to our house in West Chester, picked up two more items for Maine, and then drove the rest of the way. They did not get to the Maine house until 9 PM, but they were just as energetic unloading the truck as they were loading it 12 hours prior. The two workers were conscientious and very clear with their communication. I still wish I had put an AirTag in something, so I could track their progress driving north, but they gave me a heads up when they were an hour out anyway. BEWARE: This company is a scam and buys reviews - First they gave me parents a low ball quote - Then they started pulling apart the furniture and held them hostage while they doubled the quote from $3k to $5k. Two 75 year old customers were harassed into signing documents under duress - During transit they broke 3 pieces of furniture - They held up packing & unpacking by requesting cash despite never saying this before during quotation process - Then they held the furniture hostage upon delivery while asking for more money for walking the furniture from the street into the apartment building despite knowing the conditions of delivery - After filing claims, they took 3 weeks to pay and settle and said they would increase settlement to take down reviews - They have called continuously - multiple times a day forcing us to take down reviews. THIS IS HIGHLY ILLEGAL AND GOES AGAINST THE POLICIES OF THE PLATFORMS Do yourself a favor and do not believe the reviews. Zip to Zip were phenomenal. They worked efficiently and with a smile. They moved me from central Jersey to Pennsylvania. They got to PA in a driving rain, did their best to keep things dry, and when the garage ( where we intended to store much of it) started flooding , they worked hard to improvise a gravel dam to keep it dry. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are following CDC guidelines to keep our customers and crew members safe and healthy. To this end, we introduced the Covid prevention protocol which includes musk wearing, disinfection procedures, systematic temperature check, and testing for our crew members. We are keen on keeping social distancing between our personnel and between customers and crew members as well.
