My goal is to improve my body comp and I’ve been training with Zhi for the past 10 months. After trying out a few trainers, I decided to go with Zhi as he was extremely experienced, knowledgeable and his sessions were challenging. His sessions are structured and focused and I’m constantly learning new exercises while getting stronger and improving my form with the existing ones. Zhi provides a thoughtful and evidence based approach to resistance training and nutrition. I like that he challenges me to lift heavier weights while providing a comfortable and motivating environment to train in. Zhi is absolutely incredible!!! I’ve worked with Zhi for ~4 months now (2X per week) and training is my favorite part of the week. He’s helped me build lean muscle incredibly quickly, and I feel great! I’ve seen improvement across the board in my posture, strength, mobility, and stamina. I always learn something in my sessions and since working with Zhi I’ve learned multiple new stretches, strength exercises, and ways to target specific muscles. Zhi provided very comprehensive guidance on both training and nutrition. I came to him wanting to build muscles, and saw significant progress in just a few months. He taught me what exercises (frequency, intensity) to do, checked my form, and also showed me alternatives based on what kind of equipment I have access to. I absolutely love working with Zhi! He has been the missing piece in my health journey which has completely transformed the way I approach eating and my workouts. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I assess each client’s individual needs, consideration, strength and weakness. From there, we create a plan/program that will attack your fitness goals. I always encourage and reinforce positivity to my clients, because everything is achievable as along as you put in the time and effort, but, having honest conversation is important as well with all my clients. Because, training is a two way street, you also need to put in the time and effort on your own
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency. Patience. Understanding your limits. It’s that simple. No special saying or secret motivation. You have to put in time and effort into your fitness goals.
Why should our clients choose you?
There are several reasons why a client choose me but I felt it boiled down to three key options: customer service, working with clients with various levels of fitness and needs, and being transparent with my clients and myself in our relationship.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I do provide online/remote services. But, it will be done through a training app called " Everfit" I will provide weekly training workouts or sessions and will be adjusted weekly based on how you're feeling for the week, outside life events, stress level etc etc etc. We will be in communication weekly or daily to ensure we're on the same page.
In-Person Training
In-Person training offers a more hands on approach where i am able to provide feedback, spot techniques, make quick corrections on the spot, and more diversity in gym equipments and better understanding and communication with each other. person training has a natural edge in accountability since the physical presence of a trainer pushing you can be motivating.
Online Training
Online training is more digital centric. I can provide weekly workout plans, video demonstration, track progress on a weekly basis. There is more flexibility on your end and you can workout at your own pace in a given comfortable environment. It is more cost effective, for sure and doesn't require a physical space from my end. Online training requires you(client) to be more motivated on your own. Overall, online training relies more heavily on technology aspect from video demonstrations, weekly check ins, going on a training app to see your weekly/daily workouts to ensure progress is being made.
