We help choose cabinets and finishes as well as handle the permit drawings for you. Our goal is to make the remodel process as easy and enjoyable as possible so that you will want to do it again in the future!

Yana is the best. She did our kitchen years ago, and it's been great ever since. This time was a project to convert an enormous (and badly designed) ensuite left to us by the previous owners into a much more reasonably sized and functional bathroom along with an additional separate bathroom for use by the other upstairs bedroom. Along with that, she improved our hallway layouts, bedroom fireplace design, and laundry situation too. Yana has worked on our kitchen and two bathrooms and we couldn't have been happier with the results. We were very picky about what we wanted and Yana walked us through all the options out there time and time again thanks to her great amount of knowledge and patience.
She was well versed in the latest interior design trends as well as all the products and materials that are out there. Her creativity really came to play when she was able to turn both our small 1920's kitchen and bathrooms to a beautiful, modern, spacious and functional spaces.
Any remodeling is quite overwhelming to undertake but Yana made the process seamless and less stressful...dare I say, even enjoyable :)

What’s your interior design process?
Free 30 min colustation to understand if we are a good fit. Once the design agreement is signed we will return to your home to measure the space and get started on the designs.
Which interior design styles can you cater for?
Please take a look at my website and you will see what is my style. I do mostly Modern, minimalistic and transitional designs. I do not take on anything traditional.
What do you love most about your job?
Everyday is different there is no repetition. There are always challenges to work through but we learn something new with each project!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being your own boss is priceless. Time is so valuable and short, it can't be waisted on making someone else's dreams come true.

We have an in house cabinet brand that we work with for all our projects. YM Designs is with you from the start of the design phase all the way to completion of the project. We also do permit drawings for the project.

We specialize in bathroom design, from start to finish. We will come to your home and take detailed measurements, show you several design options, help you design the vanity, counter top, backsplash and finishes in general. We have an in house cabinet brand that we work with for all our projects. YM Designs is with you from the start of the design phase all the way to completion of the project. We also do permit drawings for the project.
Space Planning
We do general space planning if you are looking to rearrange some walls or rooms in your house. We can do interior plan drawings or go off of your architects plans if this is new construction.
Frameless Cabinets
We have an in house cabinet brand that we work with for all our projects. If you need to just buy the cabinets without the design part we can accommodate that as well.
