I started training at X2U about a month ago and I love it more after every session. Both, Navid and Jason are so encouraging and know the right things to say to keep me motivated. One of the things I love about training with Navid is how close he pays attention to detail and how well he knows what my body needs in order to reach my goals, not only in our workouts, but in terms of nutrition as well. It feels like he's giving me a customized training experience and I'm loving the progress so far. One thing I love about training with Jason is how quickly he makes the sessions go by. He pushes your body to its limits but makes you laugh at the same time. Both of these guys really care about what they do and it shows. Jason is an awesome motivator and instructor. I've been on his Fitness plan for about a 1 year now and I've lost over 100 lbs. X2U Fitness inspires and encourages me and my family to eat right and stay fit. Thank you Jason for all the time and patience you put into me and my family. Jason is the best! The reason I made the decision to go to him is because I saw that he trains all shapes, sizes and ages! Once I met him, first day I felt like I've known him forever! X2U is the best fitness training I've ever done! The training here is top of the line for a lot less than you would expect to pay. Even after I went back to school Jason still helps me with workout regiments and tips. He is an amazing guy and an even better trainer who really takes the time and cares about the fitness and health of his clients. Jason is by far the best personal trainer I have ever had. In the past, I have done everything from yoga to CrossFit and everything in between. However due to my medical injuries, it is very difficult for me to have a challenging workout that does not further harm my injuries. Jason's workouts are developed specifically for my body, my endurance level and every workout is an amazing challenge that makes me feel great afterwards! For the first time, I really enjoy going to my workouts. Usually there are some days that I maybe wouldn't feel up to a workout, but with Jason's workouts, I always am eager to go. Maintaining a consistent routine is imperative and I now have conquered that goal! Most importantly, now I have been training with him 3 times a week for 7 weeks (as well as doing some minor cardio workouts) and I am seeing major results. Now that I see the change in my body, my motivation has even further increase. My energy level is at its best, and my attitude and personality has changed for the best as well... thank you Jason !!! Jason is an excellent trainer! He is very flexible with my schedule and availability which is amazing because my schedule is very crazy and hectic. Im really happy how he targets the areas that I want improved which I always feel so much better afterwards. I am absolutely happy with the results that I have been seeing since starting my sessions with him. I have not had a personal trainer before. So I was intimated to say the least, Jason Ross has been very patient with me and worked with my abilities while still pushing me, that in itself is what I been looking for a in trainer.
