We stayed here for 4 days. The weather was cold and rainy so we were unable to enjoy fully the several ( 5 ot 6) pools and 2 lazy rivers. But the grounds were lovely and great for walking. We did use one of the many hot tubs. It has a well appointed gym, play areas, grills, firepits with lots of seating, miniature golf course and several bars and really good eateries along the path. All very impressive. We ate at the Mexican place with the pirate statue and food was great. We also ate at the breakfast place tesdoro. There is a generous buffet breakfast for $25pp with everything you would want. The rooms are great. We had a spacious king room withh a separate little nook with bunk beds. Perfect if we had had kids with us. Nice bathroom plus an extra sink vanity in foyer. Clean white bedding and comfy mattress. Only cons: none of the housekeepers we saw spoke English. So it was hard to get them to understand i needed more soap or what was checkout time. Also no airport shuttle and courtesy bus to parks had terrible schedules so we used Lyft to n from parks each day . More shuttles even just to transportation ctr would be great. More...

I was pleasantly surprised by this resort during a quick work trip. The décor is aesthetically pleasing and the conference/meeting facilities are quite good along with the food and beverage options. The staff are friendly and helpful, but I think the resort as a whole needs to stick to serving bottled water or work on getting a better filtration system because the tap water they served was absolutely horrid and everyone in my group agreed. Getting back to the positive, I was very happy with my room which had a very classy feel to it and a balcony which you could sit and relax on while overlooking awesome views of the pool. Checked I on Friday November 15th for a weekend retreat with a friend. First thing that we experienced was wonderful valet service for the car. All staff we interacted with were friendly and courteous. The registration desk agents were efficient and helpful. Everything was explained well. We went to the room and found it to be clean, stocked with all the basic necessities. It was clean and did not have any noticeable odors. The view was very nice (we had the standard view), we could see the pool, we were able to see some of the disney fireworks, a big bonus. The “rooftop” that was outside our window even was glammed up a bit, instead of looking out our windows and aging to look at icky gray concrete while looking at the trees, pool etc, there was artificial turf on the concrete. So it even made having a rooftop view a pleasant experience! We ordered a pizza, garlic bread sticks and sodas- delivered to the proper temperatures. The room was spacious. The two queen beds were so dreamy comfortable, no wonder they have a AAA four diamond rating. There are many amenities to staying here that are available for guests. There are multiple pools, all heated, two lazy river pools, heated, wonderful lake view with walking path, sand areas including fun activities for the kids. Daily fun provided. We enjoyed sitting on the comfortable seating by the lake next to one of the fire pits to relax. We also enjoyed sitting in one of the swings while enjoying the pretty lake. Such a wonderful experience. I didn’t get to explore the spa so that is on my to do list for a future visit. There WILL be future visits! More...

Everyone I met on staff were awesome, something I rarely experience... especially at a tourist/convention hotel. Due to bookings I stayed at another larger resort and was very happy for the change. From staff, rooms and grounds.

Everything was perfect here! I will definitely be back! Hotel staff was amazing . The hotel and amenities were amazing! We forgot something in our safe and staff was right on it! They sent security to find it and shipped it out immediately! I love that the pools are open until 11.I do agree on fees being a bit high. I think parking should be included as a guest. Great place enjoyed my stay. Overall hotel is extremely nice and location right in Disney. Only issues house keeping and the lazy rivers were often kids jumping in constantly and swimming laps (thought they were to relax and float) staff very little present enforcing anything - some people with 5 floats - just a minor annyoance when you assume it will be a relaxing lazy river (also they are not big one is tiny and the other is ok)

So far I’m very impressed - the resort property it’s amazing and you can tell from the minute you drive in... An added on bonus is how late the pools stay open so kids & adults alike can enjoy it till late hours (hello hot tub after a long day at the parks)

What an amazing resort! My kids wanted to initially go to Disney... after we checked in and seen the resort an all it has to offer they definitely did not want to go to Disney! Food is absolutely phenomenal... we ate lunch at the poolside restaurant and had some awesome cocktails which were made by REAL experienced bar tenders!!! We then ordered room service for our kids and we are at the sushi bar... my husband is still raving about how this was theee best sushi he ever had! And he is definitely a foodie!! We then had room service breakfast as we didn’t have time to go to the restaurant... not only is this resort PHENOMENAL but the food and beverage is extremely reasonable for such a great high end resort! We were blown away! We have stayed a lot at the jw Marriott and ritz in grand lakes and let me tell you Wyndham grand resort bonnet creek is way above these!! Prices and definitely food quality... their chefs are definitely thee best too!!! Whomever runs this resort is definitely doing Everything perfect!!! We can’t wait to go back! More...

Just completed our stay and I'm happy to say it was very enjoyable. The employees at the front counter where very helpful and polite. As you walk into the facility, it is clean and inviting. Fresh water at the front doors and the bellhops willing to help. Walked over to the coffee shop and bought a white chocolate mocha on our way up to our room. Yes I'm on vacation so I'm not in a rush. We all went up to the room and my kiddos where excited see the bunk beds. They were happy they didn't have to sleep together and that made me happy. The room was clean and stayed cleaned by an awesome cleaning department. All in all I would stay here again. More...
