What do you love most about your job?
2 things:
1. The ability to create traction, positive momentum after a situation of uncertainty or underperformance. That sense of accomplishment is powerful on your self-esteem and that is the critical input for success in business, you gotta believe!
2. The learning exchange that any engagement delivers. Learning about an industry, a business, its marketplace, its consumers and clients, while also learning about the aspirations of those "behind the wheel" of the business. From my end, I do feel that I can bring some of those best practices of the leading consumer goods companies in the world to the Marketing of your company and brand. Digital Marketing is a great equalizer and allows you to think big!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I felt good about my corporate career and what I had accomplished. But as I looked back there were two common denominators across the projects and situations in which I was most successful:
1. I was able to "think out of the box" because the situation demanded speed, sense of urgency;
2. I was part of teams that were not only about "doing the job" but there was a sense of pride and belonging.
I just thought that I could apply those two principles more frequently as an entrepreneur than as a corporate executive.

In my line of business, there is not a specific impact that we can have beyond the fact of being really good at working remotely.
