Lovely staff and great food. Their space is beautifully laid out, a combination of cozy and modern. Would highly recommend their arugula salad as it is amazing! My husband and I came up there from Phoenix to visit our daughter and son in law. I saw this restaurant advertised in the Denver Magazine and wanted to try it. We were only in Boulder for less than 2 days and could not enjoy the food but bought some bagels for the trip back. They were WONDERFUL and we could kick ourselves for not buying more to bring home and freeze for later. The best bagels ever!!! More...

Softer than NYC style bagel. Could use a little more "crust" to the out-sides. (As mentioned by at least one Montreal bagel lover. ..I am unfamiliar with Montreal bagels but agree a bit more crunch).
