Wingspeak’s body of work refuses to be cornered into a niche. Like I know you want me to tell you their specialty is X thing, but I can’t ‘cause they do it all. They’ve done music videos, circus performances, award winning indie adult films, AND funerals. I hear they’ll even do your weddings. They are daringly eclectic and genuine in their love of the craft. And it works really well, 'cause the end product looks professional and lovely every time. No matter how nuts your idea is, like a good producer, they’ll find a way to make it happen. More...

Fortunate is the word I would use for finding Darren Sarkin to help me with several audio/visual projects I have had to promote my new App called FeldenkraisFirst. com. He helped me video an introductory series of sessions in the Feldenkrais Method®. In that series, I introduced an unexperienced person to the art and practice of utilizing attention and awareness to support refinement of coordination in movement. I believe Darren's work is clear, his editing of difficult material was well crafted and shrewd. He was able to make intricate details visible to the new consumer. Really well done. He was also able to help me set up my podcast cameras and audio equipment in a way that is really pleasing. It has been a pleasure to work with Darren. More...

The care and attention I received from Wingspeak was extraordinary. Coyote (the owner) responded to all my questions as soon as he was able, he was genuinely enthusiastic about the work, and he was very accommodating and easy to work with. He did all he said he would and even added an extra touch with an aerial drone video. This was my first video project (and it was for my non-profit) and I needed a great deal of handholding. The product he produced was very good and his prices are super competitive. It is easy to recommend him and his team. More...

I collaborated with Wingspeak on a particularly ambitious and challenging theater production with many logistical obstacles. I have only the highest regard for their creativity and perseverance. They demonstrated dedication to the craft and a willingness to be inclusive with all participating collaborators. Plus a vast knowledge of audio and lighting production. The highest compliment I can give is that I overheard someone in the audience exclaim 'now this is ART'. More...

We have only spoke on the phone so far and I have received the quote and viewed their work. Friendly, efficient, and professional, offering to go above and beyond.
What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
The technical elements—precise camera operation and exquisite lighting—are essential, but they’re just the foundation. The true secret lies in being completely attuned to everything happening in the moment, so when the perfect expression or scene comes into view, you can capture it instinctively, without hesitation. That’s the magic of "the eye" in photography—a rare talent that elevates a photo into something truly special.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
When starting a new project, I ask questions to truly understand my client’s vision and goals. What story do they want to tell, and who is their audience? For events, I’ll ask about the schedule, key moments they want captured, and any special details that matter most to them. For business or creative projects, I focus on understanding their brand, message, and the emotions they want their audience to feel. These conversations help ensure the final product is personal and impactful.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is being a trusted partner in creating memories and stories. It’s an incredible honor to be part of meaningful events and productions I could only dream of experiencing. I’ve had the privilege of capturing special cultural celebrations, traveling to unique destinations like Saudi Arabia, and connecting with amazing people along the way.
