I would provide a 0 if I could but this is not an option. I worked with Amy Pennekamp, and Heather Stewart was an admin. I hired the firm to manage a Probate Account. It was not a huge account, thank heavens because my expereince was not great! I was misadvised on Exector earnings (found out after I asked for addtional clarification) and recieved other incorrect information via email and had to call the firm to discuss. The firm proceeded to try to charge me for the time to review incorrect information provided by them....I had to demand a credit for those charges. I was called by William Hesch personally for "not paying" the bill during this "decease my bill" negotation because he wanted the money. Clearly there is no internal communciation in this firm either! I was finally advised they "forgot" to charge me for various court cost and had to write an additional check. It is hard to find legal support for smaller valued probates, but find another firm. The firms detail, support and customer service is far from stellar, not profession, and not well organzied. Top notch business, estate lawyer and CPA. He introduced me to attorney David Moening of his office. David helped me with a codicil to my will, changing the name of the executor. and secondary executor if necessary. He changed the name on a power of attorney, and changed the name on a health care power of attorney . This was changed since my children were minors when I made my will. He prepared a declaration for funeral arrangement, and gave me three clean copies of everything. He spent several hours with me at the initial meeting and the execution meeting knowledgeable staff . My experience was nothing short of exceptional. I’m a 22 year old Entrepreneur and I had just started a business. I had a TON of questions as I hadn’t ever done this before. I spent 2 months bouncing back and forth between accountants and attorneys. Every single one of them told me something totally different, each time I went to meet them or ask them questions. I wasted thousands of dollars of legal and tax advice which still had me confused in the end. Then I found out about William through a friend who told me that he was an accountant and an attorney. I didn’t think it could be true but it was. The experience was nothing short of incredible. I had all of my questions answered from the legal and tax accountant viewpoint combined. It was a very service oriented experience, I was personally speaking to William to whole time on his personal cell number and never spent a minute on hold with a receptionist.
