It has always been a great pleasure working with Wiley's Mobile Catering. He is always polite, prompt and the food is outstanding. He has delivered great food and service for my family on more than a few occasions. It didn't matter if it was soul fool or Italian. His food satisfied every single time. I have also set it up for him to come out to my work sites a couple of times, being that there was no deli or food on campus. Everyone was pleased with his service and food. How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Sat and listen to the customer directly to assure them that they have been totally satisfied heard from me and they are fully aware of what's to be served to their families and guest.
What do you love most about your job?
Being totally involved and ✋️ hands creating signature dishes that the customer spreads the good news of my cuisine to their families and friends, thats love!! And a HAPPY Client ?
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working my way though the ranks of the restaurant business..from dishwasher prep-cook waited table manger it was time to do my own...Praise God for those blessings
