What do you love most about your job?
I love helping ambitious professionals and leaders become incredibly confident and compelling speakers, much faster than they may have imagined. Not only that - it's such a joy watching them step into greater presence, connection and impact in *all* aspects of their lives, from meetings to relationships.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After finishing my 2 graduate degrees in Speech Communication and Theater - coinciding with 10 years of coaching for schools and organizations - I created WholeSpeak in 2006. My mission was to not just provide practical techniques, but to also facilitate a deeper level of transformation.
This applies to growing abilities people often think "you have or you don't" - but which can be learned and grown - like:
- Confidence, and getting rid of nerves
- Presence that others tangibly feel
- Charisma that organically attracts a following
