What do you love most about your job?
I love being a part of small businesses that are new, growing, and full of potential. There’s something so energizing about helping a business owner bring their vision to life—whether that’s by streamlining their operations, supporting their team, or simply taking a few tasks off their plate so they can focus on what they do best. Being a trusted partner during such an exciting (and sometimes overwhelming) stage of growth is incredibly rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was working in a corporate role as a Senior HR Generalist, and while I loved the work itself, I felt stuck in an environment that resisted change. My ideas weren’t being heard, and I knew I had more to offer—especially to businesses that actually wanted to grow and evolve. I started a virtual assistant side business, and it quickly took off. As my client base grew, I found myself naturally doing more HR work again, and that’s when it clicked: I was meant to do HR—I just needed the right environment. Starting my own business gave me the freedom to do what I do best, with clients who actually value it.

Yes, all of my services are done online or remotely. On the rare occasion that a client is local, I am available for office visits.

Setup for new hires, including form completion and file creation.

Assistance with job postings, resume reviews, and interview scheduling.
Policy Creation
Creation of foundational HR policies (e.g., attendance, time-off, code of conduct). More comprehensive policies can also be created (e.g., performance management, disciplinary procedures).
