YNC handled our 35th High School reunion. We met with Lisa and her team, told them what we wanted and gave them our budget. YNC handled EVERYTHING from there, they even had a big screen on the dance floor so that we could have music videos accompanying the DJ. What do you love most about your job?
Customer service is what I love most. Listening to a client’s vision and then implementing their dream is amazing!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Everyone kept asking me to host their events. It got to the point where folks would say “Do whatever you want, I trust you”. I love seeing a person’s face when they walk into a venue and see their vision come to life and it exceeding their expectations.

I listen. I love the diversity in people and respect what is most important to them. We are a team! And we are going to have so much fun bringing your vision to life.

Planning services can be provided on line. However, actual implementation must be on site.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Covid and any other virus needs to be handled seriously. We follow the CDC guidelines and our team wear protective gear when necessary. This include masks and gloves. Every situation calls for a certain course of action. We have processes and procedures in places when working with vendors. We also have contingencies in place if someone is ill the day of the events.
Event planner
Our planning services include all vendor selections, contract negotiations, and implementation of event. From beginning to end we walk hand in hand with our clients.
Event Coordinator
This service is for clients who have already selected their vendors but need help to follow up with vendors and implement the day of.
Table decorations
This service is for clients that would like a team to decorate the venue the day of the events. It includes decorations and or working with vendors to provide services.
