We've visited Christmas in the Park a couple times now. It's a nice holiday tradition.

Very lovely festive event. Definitely less stuff to see compared to previous events. Not enough people donating unfortunately. The only bad part is it gets really crowded and there's no parking you would have to park at the garage. We parked at the garage and it was around 12 bucks. There was a huge line to pay for the parking as well. What we should have done is just drove to the first floor and there was nobody waiting to pay for the parking!! More...

Such a fun spot to go check out during the holidays. Its nice to see cities still showing the holiday spirit. Had coffee and a churro while walking around as well.

So much fun! Great dance performances, beautiful trees, and pleasant crowd. This has become an annual tradition, thanks San Jose!

We had a large party staying across the street to see the lights and experience Christmas in the Park. Myself & my BF had never been before; however it has been a tradition for some of our family. We had a total of 13 people from more than 1 state staying to experience this. There was street vendors, pretty lights, a tavern, many trees decorated all located near the ice rink and local hotels. It was a nice experience to take the kids to walk through the Christmas spirit and see all the different decorations. More...

Poor crowd management, leading to unbearable crowd pooling in certain areas of the Fairgrounds, littering everywhere, dirty and smelly porta-potties, not to mention the classic tradition of Christmas dioramas has been swapped in favor of dessert, snack, and hot dog trucks and stalls as well as small merchandise. Consider this more like a Christmas-themed flea market than true Christmas festivities. More...

We drove over an hour to go to Christmas in the Park on Monday, 12/29. We got there at 12:30 and nothing was open. We asked one of the vendors and she said during the week, most vendors don’t open until 2 and the attractions don’t open until about 3. Just beware if you’re making travel plans! The Christmas trees were cute though and it looks like it would be really fun, if it was open. More...

I had not been to this event in over 13 years. The park and streets are filled with excitement and entertainment. The food was decent. Items for purchase was similar in quality and price to a fair. Basically this was a Christmas theme street fair. Instead of using street parking, use the Hilton Valet. It only cost $22, where street parking is $25. Unfortunately, the crowds of people can be rude in just cutting infringement of your walking path. In addition, many will should bump you without saying excuse me More...

It was beautifully decorated, just as it was every year. My kids loved it. The only downside is that it’s expensive, and parking's a nightmare. Everything is overrated (food, attractions, or whatever you want to buy), and parking (40$) is unbelievable. For a free event, you end up spending more than 100 easily. More...
