What inspired you to start your own business?
After over two decades in the hospitality and events industry, I realized that so many talented entrepreneurs and business owners had the vision—but lacked the structure, strategy, or support to bring it to life. I’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming it can be to start a business, grow one, or plan something impactful without the right guidance.
What inspired me was the opportunity to be that guide—to take all the lessons I’ve learned from working with restaurants, venues, corporate teams, and start-ups, and turn that knowledge into something accessible and empowering for others.
I started Visionaire Consulting Group to help people move from ideas to action with clarity, confidence, and real strategy. I wanted to create a space where people could not only dream big, but actually build something sustainable and successful—with a partner who genuinely understands what it takes behind the scenes.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We make sure our team, when meeting a client in person has taken a PCR test. We wear masks during all events and meetings and e do not mandate our team to be vaccinated.
