Christian did a fantastic job from start to finish. From the first consultation to the conclusion of our wedding day. Over the course of our special day, Christian walked us through and took amazing pictures with various beautiful backgrounds. This included pictures at the church, the Garden of the gods, and the Glen Eyerie castle, where my wife and I stayed for our honeymoon. We had a very different type of wedding. More like a hobbit party. It was wild and fantastic with people as elves or wizards and a spitrosted pig.

Christian was proactive and present from the jump. He reached out promptly, was well-organized and punctual. On the day of the outdoor trail running shoot, he was patient with scores of takes with my unruly running dog. He experimented with different lenses and perspectives, and provided me with the perfect action shot for the back cover of my running book. Amazing people with a really good reasonable price. The bundle for both maternity pictures and new born pictures is amazing so if ur looking for professionals I'd choose viewfinder.

Gosh where to even start with Christian… Christian was such an amazing man and photographer, what I mean by that was he was literally offering the clothes off his back to give them to me specifically when me and my wife along with our bridal party took photos earlier in the day at garden of the gods when it was about 20 degree temperature and wind speeds up to 10mph! My respect for Christian was already through the roof when he told me and my fiancé at the time before the wedding that he wanted to set up a meeting on zoom to get to know me and her instead of just seeing us the day of and snapping some photos that have hardly no meaning to him. He actually wanted to genuinely get to know who we are as people, how we met, hobbies we enjoy, what defines me and her as a couple; I could go on and on. But to see a photographer not only take such detailed, beautiful pictures that captured such amazing moments that me and my wife will share forever and have the privilege to look back at and enjoy. He also was a good man that truly cares about his clients and treats them as friends and not just a paycheck. Christian has been a huge blessing to us through his God-given gift of photography. We recently had an opportunity to have family pictures taken by Christian Massey. It was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend his photography business.

We were working with a wide variety of age groups: babies, young children, adults and senior citizens. All produced their own challenges: crying, restlessness, trouble focusing on what is happening and tiring of the photography experience. Christian handled everyone very professionally. He was able to get the younger kids attention. He came ready with seating for the older adults—which was very thoughtful.

He spent time before the photography session planning the best landscape backdrops. He was able to get our pictures with a perfect view of Pikes Peak behind us. He also had some very creative props to use—picture frames, benches, etc. His ideas were creative and unique.

Christian was very focused on getting quality shots. We didn’t leave with hundreds of pictures to choose from, we had just enough pictures to review, and all were great. Great Quality over Quantity—GREAT philosophy!

I highly recommend Christian Massey as a family photographer. He has taken both our family/maternity photos for our last two babies. And most recently newborn photos for our newest addition. He is professional, kind, visionary and organized. My favorite part about his photography is how he captures the candid moments as well as the posed. The newborn session as very calming and peaceful too. Our son definitely was very relaxed and comfortable while his photos were being taken. Christian supplied props and created a lovely space for a newborn to be photographed.
