Horrible businesses, hired them for our wedding for 40 some people to be picked up. At 330 our group called and said the bus was not there. I tried calling them and they said they had a glitch and didn’t have any drivers available. They then hung up on me, and didn’t answer. Everyone had to drive to the wedding. This was planned 2 months before with pick up place and time. At 945 a 15 passenger bus(supposed to be 48) showed up. I’ve contacted Ken multiple times and he agreed on refunded me. It’s been 4 weeks back and fourth and now he doesn’t even answer. When he did he said it’s processing you’ll have it in a few days. Horrible business that needs to be shut down. Awful customer service. BBB is now aware. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!! More...

I will admit that communicating with them to discuss or confirm details of a bus rental is very challenging, our bus showed up right on time, it was in perfect condition, the driver was super professional and friendly and the trip went off without a hitch.

I’ve been trying to get a bus rented for 3 weeks, I’ve called a number of times and so has my sister. No calls back at all. Emailed and Ken is going on vacation and can’t help me, sends me to Craig who clearly can’t help me either because he said he would call Monday and didn’t. Emailed him and he’s being moved somewhere else and told me someone else would call me! This is ridiculous! I used Unlimited Charters for my son’s wedding in Boston. I needed transportation from the hotel where all our out of states friends and families were staying to the venue and back. I was not going to be there at the time of pick up since I was the mother of the groom and was very nervous about everything going as planned. It went very well. They were punctual and the bus was beautiful. They also did two runs back to the hotel for our older guests who did not want to stay till the very end for no extra charge.
