I used Joan to help with 10 years of Estate Trust Taxes, for my Grama's 1041 Estate. I gave Joan all the information for the 2021 taxes, and she always said that she would finish them and get back to meI would call her every couple of months, and she always promised the same thing, and she never did complete the taxes for 2021. They were never completed, and I sent Joan all of the documentation through her portal. She never completed the taxes. I have never recieved a repy as to why... I hope and pray that this does not happen to anyone else. More...

We apologize for the delay in processing your 1041 trust returns. Our only explanation would be that not hearing from you caused other clients to be moved ahead of you.
