What sets coaching apart from therapy or counseling is that coaching is forward-facing and action-based. My clients will usually spend a bit of time considering how they've developed the habits they currently have, but we reflect back in service to moving forward.

What do you love most about your job?
I love getting to be side-by-side with people as they remove the obstacles to what they want in their lives and begin to thrive. I consider this a gift, and I take it very seriously that my clients are willing to be vulnerable with me in service to achieving their goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked in personal growth fields in a variety of capacities, but have found one-on-one partnerships to be most powerful. By running my own practice I can use the tools that I feel are most valuable for my clients. I also have the flexibility to create programs that fit each clients needs.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have a unique collection of personal experiences, professional experiences, and education that give me a very deep toolbox to use with clients, but coaching is also an ART that I've cultivated and nurtured since beginning my practice. Clients benefit from my deep knowledge of the brain, human behavior, and coaching/counseling techniques. I combine this knowledge with my creativity and my natural ability to put myself in others' shoes and develop techniques specific to their way of viewing the world. This leaves clients feeling seen, respected, and CAPABLE.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I work in-person with a few local clients, but most of my clients are remote. We work together by phone or video call, at the preference of the client.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As most of my coaching is done remotely, protections from Covid-19 have not been necessary to employ.
One-on-one coaching
Whether by phone or video call, one-on-one sessions last an hour and occur weekly, bi-weekly, or on a check-in basis after consistent change has been achieved. These sessions are individualized rather than following a predetermined program like some coaches employ.
