How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
It starts with creating a vision. And then creating a clear roadmap with goals that are in line with that vision. We will set up that roadmap in my free Intro Coaching Call, and then begin our 1 on 1 sessions. Outside of our sessions, I will be available for text support and accountability, so that we can make sure you are sticking to your roadmap + new habits!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started TFloFitness to change as many lives for the better as I can. I love seeing a persons life change for the better. To have them so excited of the new possibilities open up and the increased confidence. It’s so fulfilling.
So much negativity in the world stems from the way we treat our bodies + minds. The mission of showing others what is possible when you step into your body, begin to trust yourself, and create change, DRIVES me.

I’m a big believer that not one person can do it on their own. We all need coaches. We all need support. Not one person is above it all, because guess what - we’re ALL human. When choosing a coach for yourself, it is so important that you connect with/get-a-good-feeling from that coach, because that is big factor in obtaining results. Don’t just choose the cheapest coach or the first one you talk to, because it may cost you more time or money in the long run. Choose the coach that you vibe with or have a good gut feeling about. Trust yourself.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes, I offer remote training, and by a lot of people, it is surprisingly preferred! Even if you believe you need sessions to be in-person, I would definitely recommend trying out 2 sessions remotely. The first session can be a little awkward as we figure out the best camera placement + setup. Then by the second session, you’ll truly be able to drop in and see if remote works for you.
Before the pandemic, doing a remote personal training session wasn’t really heard of… but then we realized we all still needed to work out, so it became a necessity as we all quarantined. Then something crazy happened once we all started to meet in person again. A lot of my clients started to PREFER remote. They were busy people who didn’t always have time to run to a gym or were consistently traveling. You don’t need a lot of equipment to get the results you are looking for. You now have the flexibility and comfort of working out from your own home, or office, or hotel gym, or park, or wherever you might be. And this is a huge game-changer.

"Mettle" is defined as “a person's ability to cope well with difficulties or to face a demanding situation in a spirited and resilient way.” And that’s EXACTLY what we’re doing together as a community.
This is an in-person community for men to come together, move energy, build resiliency, and ignite positive transformation.
