Andrea was punctual and extremely knowledgeable. She took her time with doing my taxes and explaining to me what she was doing and why. I did my taxes on Turbo Tax, wasn't thrilled with my expected return. Called Andrea and asked was there any benefit to using a professional tax preparer if I had pretty a pretty standard filing/deductions. SHE WAS HONEST and said that she couldn't see there being much difference in what Turbo Tax calculated and what she would. That sealed the deal for me. She was willing to potentially lose the opportunity to gain a new client just to be honest. That earned her fee to me (which wasn't much more than Turbo Tax). Yes, my firm is totally remote and operates remotely, where Teams and/or Zoom meetings are used for client face to face, instead of in person.
