What I love most about my job is helping business owners experience those "lightbulb" moments, when they realize they can grow their business, increase profit, and reduce stress without working harder. Watching them shift from feeling stuck in day-to-day chaos to confidently leading a high-performing team with a clear strategy is incredibly rewarding. I get to blend strategic thinking, coaching, and real-world problem solving, and every win my clients achieve feels like a shared victory.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own business because I saw too many great business owners stuck, trapped working in the business instead of on it. After years in corporate strategy and AI-driven analytics, I realized I could make a bigger impact by helping entrepreneurs unlock the true value of their companies. I wanted the freedom to work with purpose, to coach leaders toward more profit, more time, and ultimately, more life. Starting my business was about turning that vision into reality, for myself and for every client I serve.

Most of my clients choose virtual sessions for the flexibility—using Zoom, digital assessments, and online tools to drive strategy, increase profit, and streamline operations without interrupting their day-to-day. That said, I'm happy to meet in person for businesses local to the Apex, NC area when it adds value, especially for workshops, planning sessions, or team alignment. Whether virtual or face-to-face, my focus is always the same: helping you build a business that runs better, grows faster, and works for you, not the other way around.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Client safety is a top priority. That’s why I shifted the majority of my services to virtual delivery, leveraging secure video conferencing, digital tools, and online assessments to provide the same high-impact support without the need for in-person meetings. I follow current health guidelines and offer flexible scheduling to ensure a safe, respectful environment for clients who prefer or require face-to-face sessions.
