Trans limo is a great company. Family owned and you can tell they take pride in their business. Jason was more than accommodating and very up front. He worked hard with me to make sure I got what I needed. My sister used them for her wedding and she highly recommended them. As far as the drive, the driver arrived 30 minutes early each way so I was worried about the time limit of each ride. The drive itself was honestly terrible. We were falling all over each other in the back and I got a little car sick. Luckily we had caps on our drinks but still managed to spill on our dresses. I had to point it out to the driver at one point but it was blamed on other drivers and trying to get us there on time. The driver herself was very friendly and nice so I purposely didn’t leave a name in my review. She even allowed us to stop for a quick bathroom break when we couldn’t hold it any longer. Would I use them again? Absolutely. Excellent customer service and we had fun overall, hence the 5 stars despite the drive being really rough. However, I’d still ask for a different driver next time.
