We were having issues with a client who wasn’t paying rent leaving is no other choice but to start an eviction process. The Sheriff’s Department was unable to serve the tenant because he was dodging service.

We hired Total Protection Consultants and they were able to conduct surveillance and eventually able to serve the tenant who hired an attorney who went to court and told the judge that the wrong person was served and that the case needed to be dismissed. Just when we thought that we would have to go through this ordeal all over again and contacted the owner of the Detective agency, Mr. Carlos Rodriguez, he reminded us that he utilizes a body cam and the service on the tenant was captured on video. We were able to show the judge the footage of the service on the tenant and the judge ruled in our favor and our eviction was granted along with a judgement for the unpaid rent and court cost. When the tenant told the court that he was unemployed, Mr.Rodriguez again to our rescue was able to prove that the tenant was working for cash for his uncle’s construction company. I broke up with my Ex-fiancé over two years ago. Since that time he has been stalking and threatening me. In this time I have moved a couple times, got a PO Box but he always still found me and showed up at my new place. He always seem to know everywhere I went and who I was hanging out with. I’m a hospice nurse and spend much time going to patients homes to administer care for them and there were times when I would be leaving my patient’s home and would see my Ex parked across the street or following me. Great & Fast & helpful Appreciate Everything

I filed a law suite against a contractor who I hired to rehab one of my buildings that I purchased. The contractor started the job and then just as soon as the check that I gave him cleared he stopped doing the work and just took off not returning my phone calls. The Cook County Sheriff’s Dept. was unable to locate the contractor because he was hiding. I hired three private investigation firms any they couldn’t find him either. Then I was referred to Carlos Rodriguez who is a former police officer. Carlos owns total protection. Carlos and his team of detectives found the contractor that no one else could find living in Dyer, Indiana and because they are also process servers they were able to serve the contractor with the court paperwork in just enough time because the statute of limitation for me to take him to court and sue him was coming to an end. I’ve been involved in a very long and very expensive custody battle with my soon to be ex husband who has multiple arrest, DUI’s and a possession conviction. He has gotten away with so much and the court system completely sucks!!!

When my ex had the children, he was leaving them with his parents or his sister to watch while he went out and partied all night. It was obvious the only reason he wanted custody of the children was so he wouldn’t have to pay child support and as a matter of fact was asking the court for maintenance from me and punishing me for having a two jobs to support my children! My attorney suggested that I hire a private investigating company and I spoke with many of them.
