Just had a personal training session with him in his gym in east Oakland. Man, haven’t felt my body like this in a while! Jesse brings a unique exercise philosophy that is extremely efficient and highly effective . High intensity strength training to muscle failure, only 1-2x per week for 30min. Will get you in and out so you can have plenty of time to do everything that you need to get done. TNT Strength is an interchangeable team of exercise professionals committed to promoting health and preventing disease through evidence-based strength training.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Making exercise and nutrition sustainable. There is no one size fits all mold for 100% of all people. Most folks can lift weights a few times a week to look and feel better. The rest is making sure you're eating an adequate amount of protein, getting your essential nutrients, and moving your body in ways that you enjoy.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people realize being in great shape is sustainable and can easily be done in two 30-minute workouts per week. When marriage, kids, work, and life get busy, we help people keep their health at the top of their priority list. You can only help other people with their oxygen masks once you have your own oxygen mask on.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Gyms around the US have gotten away from the supportive, communal environments they are supposed to be. We wanted to cultivate an atmosphere where people feel safe and get challenged to become the best they can be.

Our clients get great results in our studio and online regardless of the tools they have available. We do live remote training sessions on Zoom.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have HEPA air filters in our studio and will wear masks on request.
