If I could triple this rating, I would. We decided to elope in October- giving them 2 months to plan our wedding. Due to extenuating circumstances, I had very little time to do any planning and I left most of it up to them. It was perfect. I could not have imagined anything better- first, they were extremely responsive to my questions and my "oh, I changed my mind.. let's do this instead, or add this!". They took the time to get to know who we were- knowing we were hikers, they selected the perfect location for our wedding. Joel and Timory- work beautifully together.. Joel had a wonderfully calming and peaceful aura around him- and the ceremony was magical. His words, his presence, it was a wonderful Hawaiian ceremony... and Timory, our photographer (and so much more- she found the perfect location, helped me with my hair, setup all the photographs)- she knew just where to be to get the best photographs. She made us laugh and even helped take a quick video on my phone for my family (her idea!). They both exemplified the Aloha spirit.... and It was simply perfect in everyway. He even at the last minute per my request was able to get a bouquet for my lovely bride. Beautiful beach setting with an authentic Hawaiian wedding ceremony. My wife and I decided to run off to Kauai to eloped. We wanted some peace-of-mind regarding our officient, so we gave Joel a call. He was so friendly, and catered to all of our wants and needs. Aloha Ever After was a GREAT choice for planning my wedding! It is a little nerve racking not being at the location when planning your wedding and Joel did a great job in communicating what to expect and answering all the little questions I had leading up to the wedding. Considering you do not meet these people until you arrive at your wedding they did an excellent job in instilling 100% trust in my big day! My groom arrived first and both Joel and Timory did a great job taking over and making sure EVERYTHING was perfect. Everyone warned me that something would go wrong on the big day and not to stress over it. And with the wedding nothing went wrong. IN FACT Timory was so amazing that when we got a rare sunset full of reds, purples, and oranges she spent extra time taking extra pictures for us which ended up being dream pictures you would see somewhere like pinterest!! I did not feel rushed or like I was a revolving door of weddings (which was a concern prior). They gave me 150% of their attention, time and detail! I would recommend this couple all day long!!! Aloha Ever After, Timory and Joel, did our wedding planning and photography (Timory) for our wedding here on Kauai. We had our wedding at Kauai Beach Resort with about 50 guests.
Timory did a great job communicating throughout the entire journey of planning up until the wedding and made sure everything went smoothly on the wedding day. I let her know my budget up front and not one time was I pressured to go above (which I feel is rare with a wedding coordinator/planner). We absolutely loved our setup/tent, decor, cake and DJ (DJ mike) that she hired and worked with. Everything looked amazing with the beach right next to us and the lighting and the way the colors were put together.
By the end of the night we had everyone raving how great everything was! Every guest was having the best time and the groom and I were extremely happy! It is an incredible feeling at the end of the night knowing there is not one thing you would have wanted differently-huge thanks to Timory and Joel for that! They really care about the bride/groom and are willing to go above and beyond to make the day special and flawless! As we just got married, as soon as we get our pictures back-we will let you all (yelp viewers) know how the photography turns out!

I'm late in writing this but I need to say.. Aloha Ever After is... The.. BEST!!! I don't know where to begin. When I first booked, they were gave a lot, and I mean A LOT of information and recommendations for ceremony/reception locations, flowers, how to wear your hair, you name it! Their flower and wedding package exceptions are great and they're will to tailor it to your preference. I brought my own silk flowers but they were super flexible when I had to needed to order leis last minute. Planning an out of state was daunting at first but their wealth of options, information, and GREAT communication made it so easy. We got married on Hanalei Bay on a September Saturday morning and everyone remarked how wonderful Joel was as our officiant. He truly has the aloha spirit and led a serene and harmonious ceremony. We eloped in Hawaii recently and Joel and Timory were amazing. The weather on the day wasn't co-operating and Joel helped find us a new location at short notice that was simply perfect.
Joel made our ceremony so special, personalised and professional and we were very happy with the result. Timory did wonderful photos on a windy and very overcast day and they have turned out amazing!

Phenomenal coordination and a magically awesome ceremony! We enlisted Aloha Ever After to help us plan our elopement to Kauai for a beach wedding. They were recommended by the "The Ultimate Kauai Guidebook". We live in Florida and had never been to Hawaii so we needed help! We also had a special request- we wanted to find a pastor that would hike 2 miles on a challenging trail to a secluded beach. We received a prompt return call from Pastor Joel who happens to be a hiking enthusiast and agreed to our plan! He also found a photographer who was willing to join us! But Mother Nature had other plans. Two weeks before the wedding the trail was washed out by the worst storm in over 100 years. Joel came to our rescue with other possible venues. We decided on Hanalei Bay and we think it was even better than our first choice. The ceremony blew us away. Joel skillfully joined a number of Hawaiian wedding customs with words of wisdom, insightful thoughts on relationships, and humor. Joel is a very genuine and caring person. He is also very detail oriented and professional when it came to coordinating for the wedding license and other services (floral, photographer, hair, etc.). I worked with Timory to plan a surprise proposal for my girlfriend (now fiance!). The proposal turned out perfectly in large part to Timory's professionalism, hard work, great communication and creative ideas. The cost is a little expensive, but it is well worth it if you want your proposal to go well. It all greatly reduces the stress level to have someone there who knows what they are doing and can help setup a romantic scene for your proposal. Our wedding was held at Kauai Beach Resort in January '17 with about 50 guests in total and she was able to get everything moving smoothy.
