So, I've known Steve for years, but I'm pretty active, so I didn't think I needed to actually work out in a traditional manner. The stuff he showed me in my first workout, when he was telling me about how his weightlifting worked didn't seem like it would work, so I was skeptical about it, having been used to working out in the basement for an hour on my own, how could I really get that much muscle workout that quickly, but of course, that's exactly what happened. so, I'm not far into working with him, but so far, it's working real well. Thanks to Time Saver Strength Training I FEEL ENERGIZED AND AMAZING!! I would of never believed with simple diet changes and only about 1 hour total exercisep er month, I've been able to lose over 30 lbs and reduced some of the medications I've been taking for years! !! TimeSaver Strength Training! I thankful for #timesaverstrengthtraining It has been a blessing for me! I have lost weight and most of all I’ve gained back some strength and stamina. This time last year I could barely unload the dishwasher without needing a break. This year I can unload the dishwasher, cleanup the kitchen and vacuum before I think about whatever chores are next.
